Processing
Orders are handled and dispatched Monday through Friday (bank holidays excluded).
Orders placed and paid for on a Saturday or Sunday are prepared and shipped the following Monday.
As soon as your payment reaches us we send an email confirmation. You will then receive a further confirmation the moment your order is dispatched to the address you supplied.
We accept no liability for non-delivery or misdelivery that results from details being entered incorrectly. Please complete every part of your address and don't forget your house number (you'd be surprised how many people leave it out). Missing address or contact information can leave your order stuck at an "unfulfilled" status. We always try to reach out to you when this happens, and your reply is needed before we can move the order on to dispatch and delivery. We sometimes hear that our emails end up in "SPAM" or "Junk" folders, so please check those if your parcel hasn't arrived within the scheduled delivery window. An order can only stay at unfulfilled status for 30 days, after which we are forced to cancel it because of the excessive daily admin required to manage it. If we have had no response from you within 30 days of the order being placed, your order will be cancelled WITHOUT refund, due to the additional admin charges. That said, just as we would, we trust that if your order isn't delivered within the stated window, or you don't get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, you'll contact our support team to raise a query.
Your order is delivered by a courier service. If you are not there to receive it, our delivery company may leave a card so you can make other arrangements, or drop your package at a pickup location. To keep delivery secure and undamaged, our delivery company cannot leave it "hidden" at the address.
We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for information only. Even so, we work closely with the couriers to improve service, and we will soon add delivery options at checkout where you can pay to upgrade delivery or insurance.
Order status
Your shipping confirmation email includes a Track & Trace number. Using the Track & Trace link in that email, you can follow the status of your order.
For deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, when payment clears on a working day, over 95% of these orders arrive the very next day.
Please note that the courier may not publish tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.
In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We can only open an investigation with the courier within 7 DAYS of the original delivery date.
The sooner we begin the claims and investigation process, the sooner we can re-send or refund your items.
Order status descriptions
Processing: Your order is currently being entered into our warehouse system.
Dispatched: Our courier has collected your order from our warehouse and is on the way to deliver it to you.
Find a missing package
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package, please make sure of the following before contacting us:
1. Check with neighbours and family members
2. Look around the delivery location
3. Check for a notice from the courier about an attempted delivery
