PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Where can I get samples?

At the moment we don't provide free samples. That said, thanks to the huge amount of feedback from our community, we're hoping to change that in the future! For now, feel free to browse our minis that are already available, or give our travel kit a go — it brings together all of our mini sizes as a starter set.

What is the shelf life?

Every product has a shelf life of at least 12 months, and the expiry dates — up to 3 years — are printed on the outer box. Once a product has been opened, however, use it within 12 months.

Is it necessary to use a day cream with the foundation?

Does the changing foundation cover pigmentation spots/freckles?

Can you also use the foundation just on a part of the face?

You certainly can use the foundation on just parts of your face to soften any redness or blemishes you may have.

How do you apply the foundation? By hand or a brush?

How much content does 1 bottle of changing foundation contain?

How can the changing foundation change color? How does it work?

Changing foundation works differently from regular foundation, as it relies on special toner particles. The particles in the foundation mass start out uncolored. Once applied, your skin temperature helps them release the toner inside, which blends with your own skin color to create the visible colour effect.

We suggest dusting a little setting powder on top for a long-lasting matte finish.

How do I clean the brush?

1. Dampen the bristles with lukewarm water.
2. Put a drop of your chosen cleanser into the palm of your clean hand.
3. Gently work the tips of the bristles across your palm.
4. Rinse the bristles well.
5. Press out the excess moisture with a clean towel.
* How often should the brush be cleaned?
It depends on how often you use it. For brushes used regularly with liquid formulas such as foundation and concealer, clean them about once a week. After cleaning, lay this brush flat to air-dry, or rest the brush head at a slight downward slant with the bristles pointing down.
If you clean the brush often, try to keep water or liquid from getting into the ferrule, as this can cause the bristles to shed.
